August 27, 2007
Well Justin has had a great week. Our cousin Cody took him out to a movie for his B-Day, he loved it. Anyone who knows Tuft, knows he loves to watch movies. Then a few days later his good friends, Shawn, Nate, Richard took him to Pizza Factory for B-Day dinner, that is one of his favorite places to eat. Then he went when for surgery. He did very well. Nothing slows this guy down. After surgery he was just talking up a storm. We had to keep telling him to be quite, but no way. He told us he wanted to talk as much as he could before the Dr. wired his mouth shut. He did very well that first day, the next couple of days were pretty hard on him. He couldn't eat so the pain meds made him sick. That was pretty awful. He was in a lot of pain. But now he is back to doing pretty good. The guy won't sleep!! He wants some one with him all the time. I don't blame him, however he is running our mom raged. He loved having everyone stopping by and calling him on his B-Day. He had a great day. He is having a little trouble eating through a straw, but everyday gets better. Thanks for all the love and support!! I take in all the comments left on the blog for him, so thanks he loves hearing them. He thinks it's pretty cool everyone looks him up on the Internet, he tells EVERYONE he meets to check it out. Thanks Again. ~A~

It was awesome to talk to Justin on Saturday. They said his mouth was wired shut, but I couldn't tell on the phone. He was definitely talking up a storm. I never sent the link of our trip to Utah. Justin was the hit of our photo gallery!

Thanks for the update.
I wanted to tell Justin that if anyone deserves to recover completely it would be him. I recall him as one of my most caring leaders in the mission and I recall many nights of Nita Rupita's cooking on the mission. Now that I know of your accident and road to recovery, I will have you in my Prayers!!

Tuft, you are the toughest guy I know. I hope you keep recovering well. It might seem long some days, I am sure. But you have great determination. I'll keep checking in to see how things are going. I didn't know you had a blogspot address. This is good. You can check out mine some time if you want. It is robandkellyfamily.blogspot.com
